Pricing of Products

As soon as the order is received at our branches it will be delivered within 45 to 60 minutes. Although we will try our best to deliver your food orders within the indicated timeframe, to help ensure the safety of our Wingsters delivery riders, delivery times may be affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions. No liability shall attach as a result of any such delay. A 4.00 AED delivery surcharge is added to the order. Wingsters will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. No partial deliveries will be made unless the order is larger than what a delivery rider can address. Multiple postings to your monthly credit card statement can only happen if you created multiple orders online.
Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and return can be made to your order if the items delivered were wrong, or damaged during delivery. Refund will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Cancellation of online orders can be accepted within 5 minutes after which an order is placed, assuming the order has not been processed already.
